Hey there!
I'm Aditya Rao (aka A.D.), the CEO & co-founder of Smart Studio.
While working in the boutique fitness industry a few years ago, I realized that the technology out there to 'help' fitness professionals manage their business didn't really make the passionate pros' lives easier - on the contrary, the technology was clunky and hard to use, making managing a very hard business even more difficult.
I was venting to my brother-in-law, Brince, at a family gathering one day, about how bad the technology was, when we together decided to do something about it. We launched Smart Studio, with the singular goal of creating a fitness management platform that takes the stress out of managing the not-so-fun business side of fitness.

I have a background managing large technology organizations, but I love the start up culture where everyone rolls up their sleeves and stands side by side to get the work done!
I've worked in the E-Commerce and Payments space a lot so I understand that the single most important factor of success for a small business is getting paid, and I'm excited to bring my experience to a purpose driven solution in the health and wellness space to ensure Fitness Pros get paid on time, every time.
